Exclusive sponsorship of a custom branded tower placed in a high-traffic location showcasing sponsor marketing message and brand. Tower is in place during the MRF Operations Forum and PPRC.

Exclusive sponsorship of the event app for both the MRF Operations Forum and Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference, including banner with sponsor logo at the top of high-traffic pages, splash screen logo, home page highlight, signage encouraging app download, logo on session slides, and two pre-event emails.

As the exclusive sponsor of the attendee Wi-Fi provided in the event space during the event, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Selection of a novelty password attendees will use to access Wi-Fi (limitations apply).
• Recognition signage throughout the event function.

Exclusive sponsorship of the day two PPRC opening keynote session, which includes:

• On-site signage;
• Logo on title slides;
• Literature handout in the session room during the sponsored session; and
• 3-4 minutes of opening remarks or a 3–4-minute video.

As the sponsor of the elevator graphics, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to two elevator doors leading to the event space.

VIEW EXAMPLE

As the exclusive sponsor of the Coffee Bar, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility near the coffee station, including:

• Logoed coffee sleeves and table tents.
• Recognition easel signs near the bar area.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Wednesday Lunch, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Thursday Lunch, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the sponsor of the coat check, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the coat check area and their logo printed on the tickets distributed at the coat check.

As the sponsor of the registration kiosks, the sponsor will have their o logo displayed on the registration kiosk welcome screen and on a custom screen wrap around registration monitors.

As the sponsor of the recycling stations, the sponsor will have their logo applied to the recycling stations that are placed throughout the event space.

As the sponsor of the railing banners, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to two panels of the glass railing around main escalators.

As the sponsor of the window graphics, the sponsor will receive up to 6 printed "cling" graphics with their advertising applied to 3 windows in each of the 2 session rooms.

As a sponsor of the charging station, the sponsor will have their branding showcased on a device charging station placed in a high-traffic area of the event.

As the signage sponsor, the sponsor’s logo will appear on all session and directional signage used throughout the event.

As the sponsor of the lanyards, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the attendee lanyards that will be distributed at conference registration.

As the sponsor of the escalator graphics, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to the 2 escalator railings leading to the event space.

As the sponsor of the name badges, the sponsor will have their advertising printed on the back of the attendee name badges that will be distributed at conference registration.

As a sponsor of the afternoon ice cream, the sponsor will receive branded napkins, table tents and signage in the ice cream station area during the break in which they are featured.

As a sponsor of the foyer pillar graphics, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to two sides of the large pillars outside of the session rooms.

As a sponsor of the registration area pillar graphics, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to four sides of the pillars in the event registration area.

As a sponsor of the media wall video, each sponsor will receive one of up to five video spots that loop continuously on the media wall in the foyer outside of the session room. Audio is not included in these videos.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Wednesday Networking Reception, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

This sponsorship includes the exclusive sponsorship of a selected session, which includes:

• On-site signage;
• Logo on title slides;
• Literature handout in the session room during the sponsored session; or
• 3-4 minutes of opening remarks; or
• a 3–4-minute video.

As a sponsor of the floor graphics, the sponsor will receive three (3) custom floor graphics with sponsor advertising message or logo placed in high-traffic areas throughout the event.

As the sponsor of the video display, the sponsor will receive an exclusive video station for continuous looping of sponsor-provided promotional video placed near the exhibit hall. Audio is not included in these videos.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Attendee Lounge, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the attendee lounge agea, including:

• Logoed signage and table tents throughout the lounge; and
• The opportunity to distribute company literature throughout the lounge.

Sponsor must supply the literature distribution in the attendee lounge.

As the exclusive sponsor of one of the Thursday Continental Breakfast, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Wednesday Morning Refreshments, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the sponsor of the tote bags, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the event tote bags that will be distributed at conference registration.

As the sponsor of the pens, the sponsor will receive distribution of their branded pens at the event.

Sponsor must supply the branded pens for distribution at the event.

As the sponsor of the conference show guide, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the cover of the guide and a full-page ad on the back cover of the show guide that will be distributed to attendees at registration.

As the sponsor of the notepads, the sponsor will receive distribution of their branded notepads at the event.

Sponsor must supply the branded notepads for distribution at the event.

As the water station sponsor, the company’s logo will appear on the water cups and on recognition table tents placed at each station throughout the event space.

As the exclusive sponsor of the one of four networking breaks, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As a tote bag insert sponsor, the sponsor company may include one piece of literature or collateral item in the conference tote bags distributed at registration.

Sponsor must supply the insert/collateral item for distribution at the event.

The sponsor will receive distribution of a branded item chosen at the sponsor's discretion. The item must be unique and not duplicate other options listed in the prospectus.

Sponsor must supply the branded item for distribution at the event.

Hotel suite sponsors will receive discounted access to a preferred suite in the host hotel for hospitality and meeting purposes.

Meeting room sponsors will receive access to a dedicated, private meeting room in the host hotel.

Sponsors will receive professional signage recognizing sponsor companies near event bars during the networking reception.
